Samah Adel has a diverse work experience in customer service and sales roles. Samah recently joined WaffarX as a Customer Operations Specialist in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ExpandCart as a Sales Employee from September 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they were a Customer Service Agent at 04 Academy - أكاديمية زيروفور from March 2021 to September 2021. Samah has also worked at Athear company as a Customer Service Agent from October 2019 to July 2020, and at Raya Data Center from September 2016 to September 2019 in the same role.

Samah Adel attended Cairo University from 2011 to 2015 and earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting.
