Paea Radford, MAI, is a seasoned commercial appraisal professional with extensive experience in the real estate valuation sector. Currently serving as a Commercial Appraisal Reviewer at WaFd Bank since January 2020, Paea has previously held the role of Partner at Pacific Coast Valuation Group from February 2014 to January 2020, focusing on commercial real estate valuation and advisory services in the Puget Sound region. Prior to that, Paea was a Senior Valuation Specialist at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services for over a decade, specializing in various property valuations. Early career experience includes working as a leasing agent at Radford & Co. and a lengthy tenure in the U.S. Navy, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer with expertise in aircraft and avionics maintenance. Paea holds an MBA from National University, a BSBA from Chapman University, and a certification in commercial real estate from the University of Washington.
