Wayne Hofmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in funding and project development within the infrastructure sector. Currently serving as Client Funding Director at Wade Trim since April 2021, Wayne leads the FundingScout initiative, enhancing client objectives through innovative financing strategies. As the Owner/Development Consultant at HD5 Strategies, LLC since October 2020, Wayne consults on various development projects. Previously, as Michigan Project Director for LocalCode and Project Development Lead at Spence Brothers, Wayne contributed to project funding strategies and feasibility assessments. Earlier roles also included Finance and Funding Director and Proposal Coordinator at Wade Trim, where Wayne successfully secured significant funding for various projects. Wayne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Professional/Technical Writing and Political Science from Saginaw Valley State University.
