Loes Kortenoever is an experienced nature educator and content manager with a strong background in science communication and public engagement. Currently serving as a Wadden tourguide for Waddenvereniging since August 2017, Loes conducts nature excursions on the Wadden Island Terschelling and participates in various working groups within the organization. Previous roles include assisting with the Wild Perspectives course at Wageningen University & Research, managing educational content at WisMon, and contributing to the Fête de la Nature campaign through volunteer efforts at IVN Institute for Nature Education. Loes holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Mathematics (Radboud University) and a Master's in Forest and Nature Conservation (Wageningen University & Research), alongside experience in organizing activities aimed at promoting educational programs in mathematics. Working towards a Master's degree in Mathematics, Loes exhibits a dedicated commitment to environmental education and science communication.
