Henry Bauer is a law clerk specializing in restructuring and finance at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where Henry previously worked as a summer associate. Prior to Wachtell, Henry gained experience as a summer legal intern at Boyden Gray & Associates PLLC. Henry holds a Doctor of Law degree from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Classical Languages from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
