Seth Wear has an extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles. Seth is currently the Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at Wabtec Corporation, a global transportation company. Prior to this, they worked at Raytheon Technologies as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition and the Associate Director of Global Talent Acquisition. At Rockwell Collins, Seth held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Seth also has experience working at CareerBuilder.com and TEKsystems, where they held various roles in recruiting and account management.

Seth Wear earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa in 2004. Seth later pursued a Master's degree in Sport Administration from Minnesota State University, Mankato, completing their studies in 2006.
