Sean Ramsey is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience across multiple industries, currently serving on the Board of Directors for Chicago Youth Centers and as Chair of the Advisory Board for iMentor. Since 2015, Sean has been Vice President of Inside Sales at Grainger, overseeing over 400 sales professionals and enhancing market share through strategic account management within various sectors, including commercial and healthcare. Previous roles include significant positions at Sears Holdings Corporation and Motorola, where Sean directed large-scale operations and drove substantial revenue growth. Sean holds an MBA in Finance and Organizational Design from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Communications from St. Norbert College.
