Richard Moore has extensive experience in customer enablement and pricing strategy, currently serving as a Customer Enablement Manager and previously as an Implementation Project Manager at Grainger since July 2002. In these roles, Richard facilitates large customer contract implementations and manages strategic messaging with field sellers. Additional experience includes managing various teams responsible for quoting and special pricing initiatives across different sales segments. Prior roles include Senior Business Consultant at InSource and marketing positions at Xerox and Heublein. Richard holds a BS in General Management from Purdue University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Dominican University.
