Marcie Brugger, MBA, has extensive experience in customer enablement and management roles within the Grainger organization, having served as Customer Enablement Manager since June 2019, CC Segmentation Strategy Manager since March 2017, and Contact Center Manager since October 2013. Prior to joining Grainger, Marcie worked at RR Donnelley from June 2002 to October 2013 as a Team Coordinator. Marcie holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from Herzing University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
