Jay Feece holds extensive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, currently serving as VP of Total Rewards at Grainger since July 2021. Before Grainger, Jay Feece was VP of Total Rewards & HR Services at HCSC from April 2017 to July 2021 and held multiple roles at Aon plc from May 2007 to April 2017, culminating as Global Head of Compensation, Benefits and Global Mobility. Earlier positions include roles at Motorola, Inc., OMC, Cole Taylor Bank, and KPMG Peat Marwick, beginning an accounting career after graduating with a degree in Accounting from Illinois State University in 1988.
