Heath Williams is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Sales Manager - Americas at W. R. Grace since December 2023. Previously, Williams held the position of Global Key Account Manager at Synthomer, where sustainability initiatives were implemented for upstream oil and gas customers, and at 3M, focusing on advanced materials for exploration and production challenges. An earlier career at Schlumberger included various roles in sales and technology management, driving business transformation and overseeing global account management for Well Services. Williams began professional development with academic roles at the University of Oklahoma and served in the US Army during Desert Shield/Desert Storm.
