Edward Lawrence is currently an Investments Analyst at W. P. Carey Inc., focusing on European real estate acquisitions since June 2023. Previously, Edward served as an Investments Summer Analyst and Commercial Analyst at Modulous from June 2022 to June 2023, where contributions included developing a B2B go-to-market strategy in collaboration with C-suite executives. Edward also gained early experience as a Real Estate Agent at The Marshall Group from January 2020 to September 2021, achieving over $175 million AUD in residential transactions by the age of 18. Edward is pursuing a BSc in Urban Planning and Real Estate at UCL, expected to graduate in May 2024, and has completed an online certificate course in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Edward holds an HSC from St Mary's Cathedral College, completed in 2019.
