Kelly Swanger has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a specialization in commercial insurance. Currently serving as a Marketing Representative at W.N. Tuscano Agency since January 2023, Kelly previously held various leadership roles at Chester Perfetto Agency, including Director of Operations and Director of Property & Casualty Insurance from March 2015 to January 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Commercial Division Operations Manager/Account Executive at Gallen Insurance and Account Manager at Chester Perfetto Agency Inc. Kelly has also been actively involved in community initiatives, serving as Co-President of the PTO at Mifflin Park Elementary and volunteering for Relay for Life of Western Berks. Education includes attending Wilson High School from 1985 to 1988.
