Zach Echols is an experienced Project Manager and Project Engineer at W. L. Butler, a role held since January 2014, where responsibilities encompass RFI development, submittal log tracking, contract preparation, scope development, estimating, and quality control. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Superintendent at W. L. Butler Construction, Inc. from January 2018 to August 2019, and as Senior Project Engineer at Top Grade Construction in June 2013. Earlier roles involved internships as Project Engineer at Gas Transmission Systems. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, completed in 2013.
