Steven Culp has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Steven has worked as a Director of Business Development at W.E. O'Neil Construction since December 2020, where they are responsible for driving growth and development for the company. Prior to that, Steven worked as a Director of Business Development at Batten | Shaw Construction from 2019 to 2021, leading business development and marketing efforts for the company. Steven also has experience as a Consultant in the AEC industry, providing a range of services including construction approaches, project development, and branding. Steven founded and managed Graphitti Sign & Graphic Studio, a successful sign and graphics business that specialized in sustainability branding. Steven has also held positions at Garney Construction, MWH Constructors, Skanska, W.L. Hailey & Company, Perini Corporation, and S.J. Groves & Sons, where they gained extensive experience in business development and project management in the construction industry. Overall, Steven has a strong background in business development and extensive knowledge of the construction industry.

Steven Culp, ENV SP holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sustainability from Lipscomb University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing with an Applied Ethics minor, also from Lipscomb University. Steven has also studied Policy & Strategy, Consumer Behavior, and Biology at Old Dominion University. In addition, Culp has an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Welding Technology from Southwestern Illinois College, and a Certificate of Graduation in Welding from Ranken Technical College. Steven has also earned a Certificate in Copywriting from Rockhurst University. Culp has completed the Leadership Academy I & II from the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP), and has a Certificate in Foundations of (Commercial) Real Estate from the Urban Land Institute. Furthermore, they hold a Certificate in Real Estate Sales Associate Post Licensing from the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate.
