Andy Herrera has a diverse range of work experience in the construction and engineering industry. Andy started their career as a Soils Engineer at Earth Engineering Incorporated in 1994. In 1996, they moved to Robert E. Lamb, Inc. where they worked as a Civil Engineer for three years. In 1999, Andy joined W.E. O'Neil Construction as a Project Manager and held this position until 2003. Andy then transitioned to Morley Builders as a Project Manager until 2006. Returning to W.E. O'Neil Construction, Andy took on the role of Director of Preconstruction for seventeen years until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Project Development at W.E. O'Neil Construction.

Andy Herrera earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Drexel University from 1988 to 1993. Andy also holds a LEED AP certification, but no further information is available about this certification.
