Prashant Srivastava is an accomplished executive with significant experience in business transformation, employee engagement, and organizational performance. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of W.E.-Matter since September 2018, Prashant focuses on enhancing human potential and productivity through effective employee well-being strategies. Prior to this role, Prashant held the position of President Group HR and People Excellence at Reliance Group, where initiatives centered on performance management and employee engagement were implemented. Experience includes roles at Aon Hewitt as Partner for Engagement and Culture, Country Manager for Gallup, Managing Consultant at TSMG, and Head of India Entry Strategy Practice at Tecnova India Pvt. Ltd. Prashant began a career in research at Nielsen and project planning at ACC Limited. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur, and a program at Harvard Business School.
