Ryan Paulik is an experienced analytics professional currently serving as the Analytics Manager at W.B. Mason Company Inc. since March 2018, overseeing two direct reports and driving enhancements in marketing through data analysis. Previously, Ryan held roles such as Associate Analytics Manager, Senior Marketing Data Analyst, and Marketing Data Analyst at the same company, where responsibilities included creating analysis plans, mentoring team members, and leveraging various data analysis tools like SQL and Power BI. Prior to this, Ryan gained valuable experience as a Rating Technician at Acadia Insurance, facilitating data analysis and mentoring new technicians, and held multiple positions during college, including teaching and research assistant roles.
