Victor Perez has over 30 years of experience in the technology and operations industry. Victor began their career in 1987 as a Programmer Analyst for TCI Cable. In 1997, they became the Vice President Information Technology/CIO and M.I.S. Director for Starz Entertainment, where they were responsible for the I.T. department, helpdesk, network administration, application development, web strategy, telephony, cell phones, software licensing, and Sarbanes compliance. In 2005, they became the Vice President Engineering & Operations and VP Tech & Ops for Comcast, where they were part of the senior management team and oversaw I.T., Broadcast Engineering, QC, facilities, and administration. In 2011, they joined NBCUniversal, Inc. as the Vice President - Operations & Engineering. In 2013, they became the Chief Operating Officer for Caption Colorado, a division of VITAC Corporation, where they expanded the business and improved real-time caption talent recruitment, activated business initiatives, and lead the industry with new product development. Victor also provided direction in all aspects of management, creating next-gen captioning services, and guiding product opportunities, customer service, sales and marketing, accounting/budgeting, and human resources. This resulted in a 25+% growth in their two-year tenure. In 2016, they became the President & CEO of VZP Digital, and in 2013, they also became the CEO/Co-Founder of Innovation TV, where they were responsible for overall operations, distribution technology, and strategic partnerships.
Victor Perez attended Jefferson, UCLA Anderson School of Management for Executive Leadership Development, and University of Phoenix where they earned a BS in Business Administration.
