Matej Felicijan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in business application administration and service management. Currently serving as a Business Application Administrator at Vzajemna since December 2016, responsibilities include technical administration, troubleshooting, and the development and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platforms. Previously, Matej held various leadership roles at Telemach Slovenija, including Head of Service Management and Head of IT, overseeing multiple SAP and ERP projects while optimizing IT processes and budgets.
