Delphine Berger currently serves as Responsable méthode et développement & Attachée de Direction at VYV 3 Pays de la Loire since January 2024. Previously, Delphine held the position of Responsable d'antenne at UDAF, managing a 20-member team focused on judicial protection for vulnerable individuals. Delphine's experience includes project management at Médecins Sans Frontières, overseeing a significant budget and facilitating partnerships, as well as leading youth services at YWCA Montreal. Educational qualifications include a Maitrîse in Management des Ressources Humaines and a Licence in Administration Économique et Social, among others. Delphine's comprehensive background in social services, project management, and team leadership is complemented by a strong commitment to developing effective partnerships and services.
