Richard Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, business development, and leadership. Currently serving as President & COO at Vytio IPTV Solutions since January 2011, Richard has played a key role in generating sales leads and advancing the company's position in high-end IPTV and IP-VOD streaming services across various markets. Prior to this, Richard was a Lieutenant in the US Navy from January 2006 to December 2011, where responsibilities included leading an Explosive Ordnance Disposal team in combat during Operation Enduring Freedom, showcasing exceptional expertise in handling hazardous materials. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics from SUNY Geneseo, earned in 2008.
