Shelby Leonhard-Wells has held a variety of roles since 2015. Shelby began their career as a Rental Coordinator for Murphy-Hoffman Company (MHC Kenworth) in 2015. In 2016, they became an Assistant Finance Manager and Horse & Livestock Trailer Sales for Transwest. In 2018, they took on the role of Operations Manager for AKSARBEN Stock Show Produced by Nebraska State Fair. In 2021, they began working as a Territory for EMSI - Electrostim Medical Services, Inc. and is currently a Customer Service Manager for Vytelle.

Shelby Leonhard-Wells obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science and Industries from Kansas State University between 2013 and 2015.
