Stig Kristiansen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human factors and industrial design. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Vysus Group since March 2022, Stig previously held roles such as Senior RÃ¥dgiver Human Factors at Forsvarsmateriell and Human Factors RÃ¥dgiver at Bane NOR, contributing expertise to significant projects including the ERTMS-NI Traffic Management System. Stig's background includes a position as Senior Consultant at Human Factors Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed consultation for large-scale development in the Norwegian Oil & Gas sector, as well as a role as Hired Consultant at Aker Solutions focusing on Control Centre Design. Earlier experience includes industrial design at BÃ¥rd Eker Industrial Design, working on high-profile projects like the Koenigsegg CCX, and hairdressing in Oslo's salons. Stig holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Canberra and is currently pursuing an Executive Master's in System Oriented Design at The Oslo School of Architecture and Design.
