Tzu-Hsien Yu has been working in the UX Design field since 2017. In that year, they were an UX Design Intern for Alfred Systems Inc., where they were responsible for engaging with home security app users from the U.S. via online forum and emails, completing usability reviews, and redesigning the website landing page. In 2019, they were an UX Design Intern for Public Digital Innovation Space (PDIS), and in 2020, they were an UX Consultant for beBit. Currently, they are an UX Designer for Vyond, where they work with an amazing team to make Vyond easy to use and fun.
Tzu-Hsien Yu completed a Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science at National Taiwan University from 2013 to 2018. In 2016 and 2017, they participated in an exchange program at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Tzu-Hsien then went on to receive a Master's degree in Service Science from National Tsing Hua University between 2018 and 2020. In addition, Yu has obtained four certifications from Uxcel, including Common Design Patterns, UI Components I, and UX Design Foundations, all in 2022. Tzu-Hsien also received an IELTS overall 7.0 certification from the British Council in 2015.
