Yves Van Genechten currently serves as the Operational Excellence Manager at Vynova Group, overseeing operations in Belgium and the Netherlands since December 2012. Previously, Yves held the position of Production Manager at the VCM plant, managing a team of approximately 80 people and ensuring safety, quality, and production planning. Additionally, Yves served as Asset Manager for the VCM plant, responsible for the CAPEX investment plan and inspections. Prior experience includes working as a Project Manager and Chemical Process Engineer at Ineos ChlorVinyls, focusing on process studies and technical improvements. Yves holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven, has completed a Management Development Program at Vlerick Business School, and is pursuing qualifications in Lean Six Sigma and as a Preventieadviseur.
