Stefaan Lauwers has a diverse and extensive career in leadership positions within the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently, Stefaan serves as CEO, COO, and CTO at VYNCKE since March 2013, while also being a member of the Advisory Board for both De Meyer NV and Cluma Engineering. Stefaan is the owner of Constela bv since February 2013 and previously held the role of Independent Board Member at Victor Buyck Steel Construction from May 2018 to May 2022. Prior to the current roles, Stefaan spent nearly two decades at Unilin, culminating in positions such as Operations Director BU Panels and Technical Director/Operations Director, contributing to the production of a variety of flooring and panel products.
