Therese Engen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, agile coaching, and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Management Developer at Capra since June 2016, Therese has also held significant roles such as Senior Project Manager and Development Team Lead. In addition, Therese works as an Agile Coach for Vy since February 2022, promoting effective work routines and stakeholder communication. As Software Engineering Manager at Norsk rikskringkasting (NRK) and previously as Project Manager at ice Norway, Therese has expertise in team coordination and technical solutions. Early experience includes roles at Iterate Norway and Cisco, where Therese implemented agile methodologies and led significant organizational changes. Therese holds a Master's degree in Informatics from the University of Oslo and a Master of Science in Information Science from the University of Bergen.
