Ellena Metzger is a Complaint Analyst at Vyaire Medical since April 2021, responsible for managing and categorizing product complaints and liaising with various departments for escalation and resolution. Prior to this role, Ellena served as a Technical Coordinator at Fresenius Medical Care, where responsibilities included maintaining product data and ensuring compliance with material regulations, as well as assisting in the management of spare parts. Experience at ZF Group encompassed a Bachelor’s thesis focused on global vehicle inventory analysis for product management decisions and an internship in product management, contributing to international projects and product catalog updates. Ellena holds a Bachelor of Engineering in International Business and Technology from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm, completed in 2019.
