Katja Lake started their work experience in 1995 at Deutsche Bank AG, where they held the position of Vice President for 20 years until 2015. In 2015, they joined Vy Capital as the CFO and their current position is ongoing.

Katja Lake attended the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Diplom in Business Administration. In 1999 and 2000, they also studied at the Auckland University of Technology, focusing on the study of NZ Economy.
