Sushil More currently serves as a Team Lead at VXI Global Solutions, LLC since June 2023, bringing extensive experience in team management and performance monitoring. Previously, Sushil held the position of Team Lead at 24-7 Intouch from February 2019 to October 2022, overseeing a team of approximately 20 agents while consistently tracking and reporting key performance indicators. Sushil’s expertise includes mentoring new associates and managing high-level escalations in the Instacart program, as well as supporting the Google Nest program across various tiers, where responsibilities ranged from customer support to training and performance enhancement for other associates.
