Weylin Harris is an experienced technology professional currently serving as the Director of Technology at Pelican Broadband since March 2024. Prior to this role, Weylin worked as a Network Analyst at Palmetto Rural Telephone Cooperative, Inc. from May 2017 to March 2024, where responsibilities included installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting network facilities and servers. Previously, Weylin was a Field Tech at Ledcor from March 2014 to May 2017, where training and certifications from Ciena, Infinera, AT&T, and CenturyLink were obtained, alongside the coordination of data center downsizing. Experience also includes managing a Counter Intelligence Support Team as a Screener with L-3 STRATIS from August 2012 to January 2014 and serving as an Intelligence Collector in the U.S. Army from September 2007 to June 2012, with extensive work in human intelligence operations. Weylin holds a degree from Ashford University and has additional education from Parkland College.
