Howard Mergelkamp has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Howard started their career at BlackRock, Inc. in 2005 as a Director of Corporate Ventures & Advisory. Howard then moved on to Tulocay & Company in 2006, where they served as the CEO until 2011. In 2011, they became a Founding Partner at Mosaik Partners LP. Since then, they have held multiple board director positions at different companies, including vWise, Inc., Nonstop Administration & Insurance, PeerNova Inc, Unscrambl, Inc, Boost Payment Solutions, Cassini Systems Ltd, and KOR Financial.

Howard Mergelkamp attended The Haverford School from 1984 to 1986 to complete their high school education. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University, which they received in 1990. Subsequently, they enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and completed their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in 1993.
