Michael DeOnofrio began their career at Turning Technologies in 2008 as an Account Executive. In 2011, they moved to Enterprise, where they worked as a Management Assistant and was responsible for managing and maintaining the rental fleet, training and developing employees, and marketing to current and potential accounts. In 2013, they joined Paycor as a Sales Executive. In 2014, they became the Sales Director at V&V Appliance Parts, Inc., where they also served as Regional Sales Manager. At V&V Appliance Parts, they were responsible for leading one of the largest OEM appliance parts distributors in the United States, with 18 brick and mortar locations, 3 distribution centers, 6 sales outside sales reps, 30+ counter sales associates, and 15 fleet vehicles across Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and New York.

Michael DeOnofrio obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Youngstown State University between 2004 and 2008.
