Nikolina Sokolić has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2007 with a role as a Mentor at Rhetoric School "Ivo Skaric". In 2008, they became a Phonetician at Croaticum - Center for Croatian as a Second and Foreign Language. In 2011, they were promoted to Office Manager at Croaticum. In 2012, they took on two roles, Translator for Polish at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, and an Intern at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen. In 2013, they became an Administrative Secretary at the Croatian Philological Association. In 2014, they held two freelance roles, Linguistics Associate at Appen and Translator for English and Polish at Fingere. In 2017, they became the Owner of JoomBoos. Finally, in 2020, they became an Education Manager and Education Specialist at VuMedi.
Nikolina Sokolić began their education in 2004, when they enrolled in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences to pursue a MA in Phonetics, Polish Language and Literature. Nikolina graduated in 2010, and in 2011 they attended the London School of Public Relations to pursue a degree in Public Relations. In 2012, they returned to the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Applied Linguistics, which they are still currently enrolled in.
