Justin Han is an accomplished professional in operations and sourcing, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Vulcan Technologies since April 2023. Prior to this role, Justin held positions at Qualcomm, first as Director of Sourcing from March 2021 to April 2023 and previously as Senior Director of Semiconductor Foundry Sourcing/Procurement from February 2014 to July 2018. Justin's experience also includes a brief tenure at NUVIA Inc as GSM, prior to its acquisition by Qualcomm, and extensive work at Marvell Semiconductor Inc as AVP of Foundry Operations. Early career experience includes a role as Senior Sales Director at UMC. Justin holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC San Diego, a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor’s degree in Material Science and Engineering from National Tsing Hua University.
