Joshua Moore has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joshua began their career as an Assistant Manager at Lenny's Sub Shop, where they managed employees, inventory, and accounts payable and receivable. Afterward, they worked as a Legal Intern at the Calhoun County District Attorney's Office, where they gained experience in the legal field.

Moving forward, Joshua interned at NASA's Chief Counsel's Office as a STEP Intern, where they further honed their legal skills. Joshua then served as a Research Assistant for Alyssa DiRusso at Samford University. Additionally, they worked as a Legal Intern at the Law Office of William J. Moore and Contract Attorney at the Law Office of Ben Hayley.

In 2009, Joshua joined Motor Carrier Safety Consulting, Inc. as a Safety Consultant/Attorney. There, they assisted motor carriers in complying with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and Hazardous Materials Regulations. Joshua also performed DOT audits and conducted expert witness work for litigation consulting and post-accident vehicle inspections.

Currently, Joshua holds a key role at Vulcan Materials Company as the Director of Transportation Safety and DOT Compliance. Joshua oversees regulatory compliance for VMC's DOT-regulated fleets and provides guidance to Division personnel. Joshua also leads a team responsible for implementing fleet safety and compliance programs. Joshua's experience in transportation safety and expertise in DOT regulations make him a valuable asset to the company.

Joshua Moore, CDS, CDT has a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Samford University, obtained from 2006 to 2009. Joshua also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, completed from 2002 to 2006. Joshua has further certifications, including being a Certified Driver Trainer and a Certified Director of Safety from the North American Transportation Management Institute, both obtained in unspecified years. Additionally, they have a Career Diploma in Diesel Mechanics/Heavy Truck Maintenance from Penn Foster, obtained in 2013.
