Sharath Srivatsav started their career in 2014 with Siemens, where they worked as an Executive Engineer in Automation Technical Support and later in Technical Sales until 2017. In 2018, they interned at Esensors as a Design and Test Intern, and then at Volvo Group Trucks Operations as a Control Engineer Intern. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Symbotic as an Advanced Industrial Controls Engineer focused on Robotics and Interface. Currently, since 2022, they hold the role of Controls Engineer II at VulcanForms Inc., where they later transitioned to the position of Controls Engineer III in 2023.

Sharath Srivatsav earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sai Vidya Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, they have received certifications in Industrial Automation- PLC, HMI, SCADA.., Industrial Switchgear, and Training on all Industrial Products- Siemens (PLC, HMI, SCADA, DRIVES, MOTORS, SWITCHGEAR, MECHATRONICS) from Siemens in 2016, 2015, and 2014 respectively.
