Eli Olidort's work experience includes:

- Currently, they work as an Optical Engineer at VulcanForms Inc. since October 2021.

- Previously, they worked as an Electro-Optical Engineer at Civan Advanced Technologies since March 2018.

- Eli also worked as an Engineering Intern at Intel Corporation from August 2016 to August 2017.

- Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Translator at Kehot Publication Society from January 2011 to January 2013. In this role, they translated and edited various lectures and Chasidic discourses from Hebrew and Yiddish into English, and Yiddish into Hebrew.

- Earlier in their career, they worked as a Rabbi at the Central Organization for Education from January 2006 to January 2012.

Eli Olidort obtained their first diploma in Mathematics and Physics from Mechina The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2013. Eli went on to earn a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Sc.) in Computer and Electrical Engineering from the same institution between 2013 and 2018. Continuing their education, Eli pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Big Data at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2017 to 2019.
