Jennifer A. Crawford has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2000, they worked as an Office Administrator at Lockwood Greene Engineers before becoming an Office Manager at Bay Nursing, Inc in 2001. Jennifer A. then served as an Office Manager at Daniel K Stubler, MD, PC from 2003 to 2006. After that, they became a Human Resource Manager at Baldwin County Mental Health Center from 2006 to 2008, and then at Hydratech Industries from 2008 to 2013. In 2008, they also started their own company, Jennifer A. Minto, SPHR, offering contract human resources services. In 2013, they joined Quality Filters, Inc. as a Human Resource Manager and later became the President of the company from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they held volunteer positions at Baldwin County Society for Human Resource Management and SHRM Alabama State Council. Currently, they work as the Vice President of Human Resources at Vulcan, Inc since 2017.

Jennifer A. Crawford, SPHR earned their Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Alabama, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their degree, Jennifer has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Jennifer A. became a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2009 through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI). Jennifer A. furthered their professional development by obtaining the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2015. Jennifer also holds additional certifications such as the Paycor Payroll Pro, obtained in October 2022, and the SHRM Executive Network Membership, obtained in December 2022.
