Rômulo Luzia is a Conversational Experience Design Consultant at Parloa, with previous experience as a Conversational AI Designer at Ideabay.AI, where responsibilities included the implementation and analysis of voice assistants. Rômulo has worked extensively on prompt design, persona design, and user experience writing, alongside conducting user tests and adapting design concepts based on analytics. A Graduate Research Assistant at Universität Paderborn, Rômulo has also interned at Miele, focusing on Smart Home technologies, and Prolangco GmbH, where various administrative and language coaching tasks were performed. Rômulo's educational background includes a Master's degree in English Linguistics and Digital Humanities and two Bachelor's degrees in Education, Chemistry, and English.
