From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Optum as an Agile DevOps Coach, Scrum Master, Program Manager, and Enterprise Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer, and EDW/BI Program Manager. In 2021, they worked at Wells Fargo as a Jira Align SME and Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach. Finally, in 2022, they worked at Visa as a Jira Align SME and Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach.
Adam Madoukh obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Kuwait University between 1981 and 1985, specializing in Electronics and Computers.
