Vinod Mhase has extensive experience in the construction and project management field, currently serving as the Manager of Estimation & Project Cost Control at VTP Realty since January 2020, previously holding the position of Deputy Manager in the same department. Prior to VTP Realty, Vinod worked at KATERRA as an Estimation Engineer and at Enerrgia SKYi Developers as a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Earlier roles include Quantity Surveyor at Nitesh Estates Ltd and Sr. Engineer at ANJ Group, starting career as a Junior Engineer at Nirmiti Construction. Vinod's academic credentials include a Postgraduate degree in Quantity Surveying from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from D.Y. Patil College of Engineering, Pune. Additionally, high school education was completed at ASACC Rahuri and VMP Rahuri.
