Jonathan Leggett, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and policy analysis across various government and defense sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Policy and Research Analyst at VT Group since November 2022, Jonathan previously contributed as a Senior Program Analyst and Outreach Team Lead at American Technology Solutions International Corp., where responsibilities included managing the Navy STP and organizing technology showcase events. Prior positions include Task Manager and Senior Program Analyst at DELTA Resources, Inc., supporting NAVSEA’s SBIR/STTR program, and providing critical insights and outreach to small businesses. Jonathan's career also includes roles at General Dynamics Information Technology and Interactive Media/Anteon, focused on Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense program support. Jonathan holds a Master of Science in Business Technologies from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Christopher Newport University.
