Lucas K. has extensive experience in IT and systems administration, having served in various roles at Apstra, Taos, and WestEd from May 2005 to the present. At Apstra, Lucas is currently an IT Engineer, while previous positions include Systems Engineer at Taos and Systems Administrator II at WestEd, where responsibilities included developing automated workflows for data migrations, transitioning endpoint management systems, and providing advanced support and training for service desk analysts. Additional achievements include deploying encryption solutions for Macs and managing endpoint infrastructure. Lucas holds an Associate of Arts degree from Diablo Valley College.
