Irakli Dolidze has over 18 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at VTB Georgia since August 2015. Additionally, Irakli has held the position of Vice President and Head of Human Resources at VTB Bank Georgia since January 2008. Earlier in the career, Irakli worked as the Deputy Head of the HR Department at the National Bank of Georgia from January 2005 to January 2008.
