Jim Kogler is a seasoned technology leader with a comprehensive background in product management and software engineering. Currently serving as the Vice President of Products at MAK Technologies since 2002, Jim drives the strategic product vision for commercial software in distributed modeling and simulation. This role encompasses leading product planning and managing five product lines. Previous roles at MAK Technologies included Director of COTS Products and Senior Software Engineer, where Jim managed technical aspects and developed key interoperability solutions. Jim also contributed to the Simulation Interoperability Standards Organization as a board member and served as a Senior Software Engineer at Integrated Computer Solutions and Raytheon, focusing on product direction and combat systems. Jim holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Clarkson University, an MS in International Economics from Suffolk University, and additional studies at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
