Brad Cary has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the VP of Operations for both the Countertop Division and the AWD Division at VT Industries since August 2019. Prior to this role, Brad Cary was a Senior Plant Manager at Pella Corporation from June 2012 to August 2019, and held various plant management positions within the same company from 2006 to 2012. Brad Cary obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Iowa, completing the degree between 1995 and 2000.
