Pramod Chandra has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Pramod started their career in 2006 as a Copywriter at ProdEx Technologies. In 2007, they moved to Mccann Erickson as a Project Manager and worked there until 2009. Pramod then joined Draft FCB Ulka Pvt. Ltd. as an Account Supervisor for a year. In 2012, they transitioned to a Manager position in Branding at an NYSE listed REIT, leaving in 2013. Pramod joined VST Industries Limited in 2013 as a Manager in Brands and was promoted to Senior Manager in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of AGM - Brands at VST Industries Limited, which they have been in since October 2019.

Pramod Chandra pursued their MBA in Marketing from the Asian Institute of Management from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, Pramod Chandra attended the Indian Institute of Management, Indore for an MBA program, although the specific years are unknown.
