Richard Cross is an experienced professional with a strong background in construction management and estimation. Currently serving as the Estimating & Development Manager at VSS International, Inc. since June 2015, Richard previously held roles as Construction Manager at both Intermountain Slurry Seal Inc. and VSS International, Inc. from 2008 to 2015. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Intermountain Slurry Seal, Inc. from 1996 to 2008. Richard holds a degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, completed between 1995 and 2000.
